Giving Back

Thanks to our Shoppers, Consignors & Vendors! Donations and volunteer Efforts  helped out some great  organizations & Charities!

Some of those include:

  • Andover Diaper Derby
  • Food Items collected for the Blaine/Andover Area Food Shelves
  • Our Consignors gave over 10000's of  item donations to local Twin Cities area charities who helps families in need.

Each Sale, we will continue this spirit of giving by partnering with the same great organizations!  Please contact me if you have other suggestions for community giving.

One of the greatest things about JBF in the NE Twin Cities is that we get to see, meet and serve so many here in our community. We  are excited to be a part of helping so many families save on the things they want and need.

Charity Partner Highlights

Joseph's Coat and New Life Services - Our Consignor's unsold items which had "DONATE" printed on their tags are pulled off the sales floor after the sale ends.  The items are set aside for our charity pick-up which happens at 9:30pm on the last day of sale.  Certain Items are also sold back to JBF by the Charity to offer them a cash donation as well.

Each Consignor chooses to donate their items by checking the appropriate box when entering their tags into our online tagging system. Then, a DONATION SLIP will be available online after the sale.  They add the amount of their donated items to the receipt and keep it for their records/tax purposes.

CEAP of Anoka County: Food Shelf- Shoppers and consignors are encouraged to bring food donations throughout the Sale for the  Food Shelf. Food Donations are accepted in place of admission fees on our first public sale day.  The CEAP Emergency Food Shelf is there for those who do not have the resources necessary to weather unexpected emergencies
