WE DID IT!

The sale is wrapping up just a few more details until payday!


After the end of the sale the team goes to work on sorting your items and breaking down the sale.  

The team works hard to sort everything back to consignor or prep it for donation.  

A few things to note as we wrap-up:

    🚗 Pick-up Details

    • Pick-up is Monday for all consignors who are not part of the sort team
    • Your pick-up time was selected in the reservation process- and is on your Eventbrite Ticket -please plan to arrive at that time to help with the flow of traffic
    • Pick-up is at the same area as drop-off, but in Gym 4. Watch for the posted signs.
    • Check-in with the team and they will help you gather your items - be sure to check through your items for anything you may not recognize.
    • Be sure to look through the missing tag items for any items that may be yours
    • Sign your Consignor form (attached to your items) and turn it in as you leave

    ❤️ Donating your Items

    • Thank You! Our Charity appreciates your kind donation - No Need to Pick-up
    • Your Donation Receipt will be posted to the websites giving page  within 2 weeks 

    Pay-Day Details

    Payment types are based on your selection in your reservation. 

    --->Note: Valet Checks are also included in the mailed checks

    • Echecks: Echecks will be sent out the Saturday after the Sale, if all processing is complete. Watch your email for the secure link.
    • Mailed Checks: Mailed checks will be sent via deluxe checks and ordered through their processor on Saturday after the sale. They will send out the checks the following week.
    • Smart-Pay Earners: Your earnings will be added to your smart pay balance.  Watch for an email on how you can use your earnings at our next event.

    • Reminder: All Checks should be cashed immediately & expire at 90 days
